This sketchbook was published in Japan in 1965 by Syowa Note Co. under license to Hanna-Barbera. It has a painted cover illustration based on the episode, "Turu the Terrible," featuring a pteranodon. However, the book has two extra pteranodons that weren't in the episode.

The inside covers have drawings based on the cover of this sketchbook and another one, which seems to be an original scene and not based on a Jonny Quest episode. The rest of the pages in the book are blank. Presumably, there are 12 blank pages like on the other sketchbook.
