Huckleberry Hound Weekly from City Magazines Ltd was the first British comic based on Hanna-Barbera cartoon characters. It dedicated its pages to the likes of Mr Jinks, Pixie and Dixie, Yogi Bear And Boo Boo, The Flintstones, Top Cat, Wally Gator, Atom Ant and Space Ghost, amongst others. And, for a time, that included Jonny Quest! Huckleberry Hound Weekly incorporated its companion comic Yogi Bear's Own Weekly on March 4, 1964, (becoming Huckleberry Hound and Yogi Bear Weekly) and finally stopped publication on August 28, 1967, after 308 issues.

This publication ran a serialized comic strip adventure of Jonny Quest for more than 100 issues in the mid-1960s. Information on the Jonny Quest serialized adventures are listed in the table below.
